Forecasts using backward-time modelling of a radionuclide plume dispersion computed with the atmospheric model MOCAGE Accident.

Abstract:
Forecasts using backward-time modelling of the dispersion of radionuclide plumes in the atmosphere. Forecasts cover a global area for a period ranging from 0hour to 360hours starting from the moment of the atmospheric release. The time step is 3 hours, on a regular grid of 1degree X 1degree, in text format. Unit: Bq/m3. The forecasts are based on the MOCAGE-ACCIDENT model which is a specific version of the atmospheric dispersion model MOCAGE (Model of Atmospheric Chemistry of Large Scale) developed at Météo-France by CNRM. Meteorological forcing is provided by ARPEGE data. The produced fields deal with radionuclide concentrations. Data access is restricted to institutional authorities. Prévisions en modélisation inverse de la dispersion d'un panache de radionucléide dans l'atmosphère. Prévisions sur le globe pour une période allant de 0 heure à 360 heures d'échéances à partir de l'heure du rejet, au pas de temps 3 heures, sur une grille régulière de 1degré X 1degré, au format texte. Unité: Bq/m3. Les prévisions sont issues du modèle MOCAGE-ACCIDENT version spécifique du modèle de dispersion atmosphérique MOCAGE (Modèle de Chimie Atmosphérique de Grande Echelle) développé à Météo-France par le CNRM. Le forçage météorologique est fourni par les données du modèle ARPEGE. Les champs produits concernent des champs de concentrations en radionucléide.
