OLCI Level 2 Total Columnar Water Vapour in NRT (BUFR) - Sentinel-3

Abstract:
The TCWV data and the complementing TCWV errors are taken from the Integrated Water Vapour (IWV) data and IWV error, are extracted from the OLCI marine product in SAFE format and then encoded in BUFR format. Therefore, the documentation of the OLCI marine products is applicable for the product contents.
