Offline Ozone Profile - Metop

Abstract:
The Offline Ozone Profile product (OOP) provides ozone profile (in HDF5 format), the full error covariance matrix, the retrieval noise covariance matrix, the a-priori profile of the averaging kernels and the retrieved auxiliary parameters, like surface or cloud albedo. Also included are: geolocation, spectral windows used and retrieval diagnostics, like number of iterations, spectral fit indicators. The ozone profile is reported as partial columns, in Dobson Units, between 41 pressure levels logarithmically spaced between and including surface pressure and 0.1 hPa. For cloudy and partially cloudy scenes, the cloud-top pressure replaces the nearest pressure level.
