Polar Multi-Sensor Aerosol Optical Properties - Metop

Abstract:
The polar multi-sensor aerosol optical properties product (PMAP) provides aerosol optical depth (AOD), aerosol type (fine mode, coarse mode (dust), volcanic ash) over ocean and land surfaces. It also provides cloud optical depth (COD) and cloud top temperature information at a global scale. The product, both over ocean and land, has operational status. Metop-A data are available in the Data Centre up to 15/11/2021.
