Multispectral Medium Resolution Scanner (MMRS) Bands 2, 3 & 4 - SAC-C - South America

Abstract:
The SAC-C MMRS is a product created by the integration of bands 4, 3 and 2 in RGB. Every day, the product is processed from the raw data in the 6 degrees South Latitude to 56 degrees South Latitude region. There are six sections; 1 through 6.. They refer to the individual strips that make up an entire image. Raw Images from MMRS have the following characteristics: Spectral Resolution: 5 bands, (#1: 480 - 500 nm, #2: 540 - 560 nm, #3: 630 - 690 nm, #4: 795 - 835 nm, #5 1550 - 1700 nm); Spatial Resolution: 175 m; Radiometric Resolution: 8 bit; Swath: 360 km.
