Infrared Sounder Pre-processor - MTG

Abstract:
Processing package for level 1 radiance data from MTG IRS. Converts from PC scores in EUMETSAT's netCDF format to reconstructed radiances in BUFR, primarily for NWP use. Also has the capability of generating eigenvectors from full-spectrum input. netCDF input.
