ISIG22 collection of SYNOP reports available from WIIX (JAKARTA (CITY)) as BUFR

Abstract:
The bulletin collects BUFR reports: FM 94 (Binary Universal Form for the Representation of meteorological data). (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISIG22 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (I): Intermediate synoptic observations from fixed land stations SYNOP (SIxx) 000/001 000/051 A2 (G): 180° - 90°E tropical belt . (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: MANADO/ Sam Ratulangi, TOLI-TOLI/ Lalos, GORONTALO/ Jalaluddin, PALU/ Mutiara, LUWUK/ Bubung, POSO/ Kasigincu, MAJENE, KENDARI, UJUNG PANDANG/ Hasanuddin, BAU-BAU/ Beto Ambari, DENPASAR / Ngurah Rai, Brambiji - Sumbawa Besar, Salahudin - Bima, MAUMERE / Wai Oti, WAINGAPU / Mau Hau, KUPANG / Eltari, TERNATE/ Baabullah, LABUHA/ Oesman Sadik, SORONG/ Jefman, MANOKWARI/ Rendani, BIAK/ Frans Kaisiepo, SARMI/ Mararena, SANANA, WAMENA, JAYAPURA/ Sentani, AMBON/ Pattimura, GESER, KAIMANA/ Utarom, TIMIKA, TUAL/ Dumatubun, TANAH MERAH, SAUMLAKI/ Olilit, MERAUKE/ Mopah
