The bulletin is coded as BUFR code form:FM 94 (BUFR, Binary universal form for the representation of meteorological data) .(Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes)---- The ISND30 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as:T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR.T2 (S): Surface/sea level.A1 (N): Synoptic observations from mobile land stations at non-standard time (i.e. 01, 02, 04, 05, ... UTC).A2 (D): 90E - 0 northern hemisphere.(2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5)---- Correspondence with the C13 common BUFR/CREX code table:(000/003) or (Surface data land -- Hourly synoptic observations from mobile-land stations (SYNOP MOBIL)) data type / data sub-type.---- The bulletin collects reports from stations:Koksijde, Semmerzake, Florennes, Beauvechain and Elsenborn---- The following station codes are unknown: 04379
