(Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISNN01 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1T2 (IS): BUFR surface data. A1 (M): Non-routine synoptic hour. A2 (N): Northern Hemisphere - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
