Abstract:
---- The bulletin collects SYNOP reports: FM 94 (BUFR SYNOP, Report of surface observation from a fixed land station). (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISNN02 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1T2 (IS): BUFR Surface data. A1 (M): Non-routine synoptic hour. A2 (N): Northern hemisphere United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: 03002 03008 03010 03014 03031 03034 03037 03039 03041 03044 03047 03062 03065 03068 03072 03080 03088 03105 03132 03144 03148 03153 03155 03158 03210 03212 03214 03220 03224 03225 03226 03227 03230 03238 03261 03265 03266 03275 03281 03901 03904 03907 03911 03915 03916 03923 ---- Please review: Bulletin constraints (gmd:resourceConstraints) should reflect the GTS Category (WMO_DataLicenseCode) and GTS Priority (WMO_GTSProductCategoryCode) of the bulletin.
