---- The bulletin collects SHIP reports: FM 94-XII BUFR (SHIP, Report of surface observation from a sea station). (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The ISSD01 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (S): Surface/sea level. A1 (S): marine stations. A2 (A): Area between 90°N - 23°N, 90°E -0° (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5)
