(Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The IUCE12 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (U): Upper air. A1 (C): (used for single level satellite-derived reports - see Note 3). A2 (E): 0° - 90°W tropical belt. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- Correspondence with the C13 common BUFR/CREX code table: (005/000) or (Single level upper-air data (satellite) -- Cloud wind data (SATOB)) data type / data sub-type. ---- WMO No.9 - Volume C1 'Remarks' field: CLOUD ANALYSIS; NOTE: FROM METEOSAT 9
