---- The bulletin collects SYNOP reports: FM 12 (SYNOP, Report of surface observation from a fixed land station). (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The SINM40 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (S): Surface data. T2 (I): Intermediate synoptic hour. A1A2 (NM): Namibia. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: Pandamatenga, Ondangwa, Grootfontein, Mowe bay, Rundu, Walvis bay airport, Sitrusdal, Walvis bay (pelican point), Gobabeb, Windhoek, Hosea kutako int'l airport, Omaruru, Gobabis, Hardap, Luderitz (diaz point) and Keetmanshoop ---- The following station codes are unknown: 68003, 68004, 68007, 68008, 68013, 68100, 68117 and 68318
